From quoting and onboarding to enrollment and post-enrollment servicing, these tools enable seamless, real-time integration with UnitedHealthcare’s systems. Whether you're retrieving plan options, submitting group data, or accessing benefit documents, our APIs are built to ensure efficient, secure, and accurate data exchange.
PIP Portal Access Guide for External Users
The Partner Integration Portal (PIP) provides two easy-to-navigate experiences to help you explore and integrate with our APIs. The Public Portal is open to everyone and requires no signing. You can freely browse high-level summaries of all available APIs, including their capabilities and use cases. When you're ready to explore deeper technical documentation, sample payloads, or integration guides, you can access Partner Portal, which requires an active One Healthcare ID (OHID) and the appropriate group permissions. To get started, simply click Log In on the portal homepage. If you don’t yet have an OHID, you will be guided through creating one; if you already have an OHID but need access enabled, you can contact our support team at [email protected], who will verify your information and help grant the correct group access. This two-tier design ensures that all users can easily explore our API landscape while providing secure, role-based access to partners who need deeper technical content
